

Delivery Time Our turnaround time for the finished design is
ten business days from when your order is placed. When ordering
template packs please allow up to fifteen business days from when your order
is placed due to the number of templates included.
Please note that the ten or fifteen business day turnaround time frame
is only for the creation of the initial design(s) and not subsequent
revisions.

Each package includes one custom email template
design plus two rounds of revisions.* Additional services including
merge tag integration, MailChimp setup and advanced testing are
available depending on your package selection.

How It Works

ordering system.
2. Upon receipt of
your order a
designer will be
assigned to your project
and a welcome email will
be sent to you.
The email contains
important information on
how to get started with
your project and
includes a short
questionnaire to help us
better understand your
project. You will also
receive a MailChimp
agreement which details
your package contents as
outlined on this page.
3. Upon receipt of
your completed
questionnaire and any
support materials (such
as logo artwork,
photographs and
graphics) our
design team will begin
work on your project.
Once your design has
been completed and
approved it will be
uploaded to your
MailChimp account on
your behalf.
