Dezigns by T stands behind the quality of its printed products.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from us, simply contact customer service within 30 days from the date you receive it (or the date it was scheduled to arrive) and we will refund the full price of the product(s) in question, excluding shipping and processing costs.

Indeed, Dezigns by T takes great pride in its commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control and are not covered by the guarantee.

Please note that we cannot be responsible for:

Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
Design errors introduced by the customer in the document creation process.
Errors in user-selected options such as choice of finish, quantity or product type.
Damage to the products arising after delivery to the customer.

Please preview your designs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order. In an effort to keep costs down and pass substantial savings along to our customers, Dezigns by T does not proof documents created by its customers prior to processing for spelling and punctuation errors.

Satisfaction guarantee applies to printed products only. Please review our design policies for information on our design services.

At Dezigns by T, shipping and handling charges are based on the following:

• The delivery option you select
• The weight, size, and dimensions of your items
• Your shipping preferences

Dezigns by T offers multiple shipping options for delivery in the United States, Canada and most foreign countries.

Primarily orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS but occasionally customers may receive a package from an alternate, but comparable, courier service such as FedEx or DHL. Tracking information is provided for each shipment along with carrier information for your reference.

You’ll see your shipping cost listed on the “Checkout” page in your shopping cart before you submit your order. You can change your shipping option by selecting the correct option from the list under Shipping Options. After reviewing the page and selecting your appropriate shipping method (if applicable) you can submit your order.

Package Tracking

Tracking numbers are supplied via email for each shipment.

Undeliverable Packages

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we’ll send an e-mail notifying you of the return. We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable to the same address. You are welcome to supply an alternate address for reshipment.

Commitment to the Environment

Businesses and consumers today can choose from a wide range of high quality products that are equal in performance to traditional products, but can result in lower waste, fewer chemicals, lower energy use and less material use.

At Dezigns by T we go for the greener options when purchasing products and materials for our office. From printing on post-consumer recycled content (PCR) paper to switching from incandescent bulbs to energy efficient compact fluorescents to packaging our products with recycled materials we believe in making more personal decisions with the environment in mind.

1. Receive. All customers will be supplied with a printing proof prior to printing. Your proof will be provided in Adobe PDF format via email. You may also request to have your document proof faxed to you. Please let our staff know your preference prior to the proofing process.

In an effort to keep costs down and pass substantial savings along to our customers, Dezigns by T does not proof documents created by its customers prior to processing. Please review your artwork carefully prior to uploading as orders move very rapidly from order processing to production upon order placement.

2. Review. Please review your document proof carefully. Dezigns by T is not responsible for typographical or formatting errors not caught in the proofing process.

Your signature and date are required to signify your approval. Custom design orders cannot be processed until we receive a signed proof.

3. Return. Return your proof one of two convenient ways.

Via Email. Email your signed proof to adam@dezignsbyt.com.

Via Fax. Fax your signed proof to (480) 275-3128
