This summer has been full of changes here at Dezigns by T. We’ve overhauled our office and web site and are moving towards rolling out the remaining features (including the shopping cart!) albeit a bit slowly. With so much work (a BIG thank you for that) its been difficult to find time to work on our own projects but such is the life of the designer. It’s comparable to the contractor whose home is in disrepair.
If you’ve spent any time on our new-ish site or have been working with us on a project you’ve likely noticed two of the key features we’ve implemented – live support and project management. Designed to improve communication between our staff and our customers these tools have been well received by clients old and new.
Live support is now accessible from all web site pages, help is just a click away. Live support is available Monday through Thursday from 10 am to 4 pm MST and Fridays from 10 am to 3 pm MST – the same as telephone support.
And once you’re ready to pull the trigger and get down to business our project management system (powered by Basecamp) will allow you to manage all of your open design projects with our company using a single set of login credentials which you’ll select – it only takes a few seconds. You can view delivery timelines, review concepts, and provide feedback all from within the system. Everything related to your project is neatly organized into one place making project management and implementation more efficient for everyone.
